We want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we'll sort it — whether you visited us in person or shopped online.

Store Purchases

Our showrooms in Tamworth, Ludlow, and Broadway in the Cotswolds are there so you can see, feel, and choose with real confidence. Take your time — our team are always happy to help before you commit.

Change of Mind — You Return It

Changed your mind? No problem. Bring the item back to any of our showrooms within 30 days of purchase, unused and in its original condition, and we'll give you a full refund for the product. No fuss, no quibble.

Change of Mind — We Collect It

Prefer us to collect? We can arrange that. A collection fee will apply — our team will confirm the amount when you get in touch. The fee is deducted from your refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

If your item arrives damaged, let us know straight away. To save you the hassle and cost of a full redelivery, we'll offer you the choice of:

All return and collection costs for faulty or damaged items are fully covered by us.

Online Purchases

Shopping online with us should feel just as easy and trustworthy as visiting in person. We keep things simple.

Change of Mind — 30-Day Returns

If the item isn't right for your space, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

The item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging where possible

Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. For large furniture pieces we'd recommend a specialist furniture courier — we're happy to advise.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, we've got you completely covered. Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange free collection from your address. You choose:

How to Start a Return

1 Email info@xshowhome.com with your order number and reason for return
2 We'll confirm eligibility and return instructions within 1 business day
3 Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–10 working days

Click & Collect Orders

Prefer to collect? You're welcome to pick up from our Tamworth, Ludlow, or Cotswolds showroom. We'll let you know as soon as your order is ready. Click & Collect orders follow the same return terms as standard online purchases.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items — including bespoke sofa configurations — cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Our team are always happy to help finalise your specification before you order.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. We reserve the right to reduce a refund where an item is returned showing signs of use or damage beyond reasonable inspection.
